Adult renewal sent priority mail. Arrived at facility on May 15. Then I heard nothing. Never cashed check, never had any info on status update online. Contacted IL senator Tammy Duckworth’s office online and got me an appt. In Chicago two days before my flight. I had to pay full first time passport fee since they lost my expired old one. I was told not to report it lost because it was expired. Came back same day around 3 to pick it up.
