I am in the Queretaro (Mexico) area. I mailed my passport renewal application to GDL – Jun 16.

Jun 17 DHL tried to deliver and failed – saying office closed. I then emailed the GDL office – got no response.

I then asked DHL to attenpt again the next day. Jun 18 – DHL said delivered.

Jul 1 – I got an email saying ‘in progress’ and that it would take 4 to 6 weeks

Jul 8 – got an email saying “Passport and passport card mailed on Jul 7 to embassy/consulate”

Jul 17 – I picked up from DHL.
