Do I have to resubmit citizenship evidence again if I apply for urgent passport

Hi everyone waiting for their passport! I got a question about my passport application. I submitted my passport renew application (expedited) and its still in process. I already send my old passport out, and I do not have other citizenship evidence, my U.S. birth certificate is lost, and I can not apply right now because thats another couple months of waiting. I do have my application locator number, and the gov website do shows “If you are traveling within two weeks and have not received your passport, please contact the National Passport Information Center at 1-877-487-2778 (or TDD/TTY 1-888-874-7793) with your application locator number.” Its that means I do not have to resubmit the citizenship evidence again for urgent passport appointment? Any info will helps, thanks!
