Hi. I decided to renew online and so far after 15 days I only see “received.” I used the expedited processes that is available for online applicants. I had read good things about the online renewal.
I will let you know when I receive it or when the status changes to “in process”
We did expedited renewal online and submitted on 1/14. Still shows received online. Called and they said there are system glitches and it was received. Called again today and it is still processing. We are supposed to leave on 2/18 and no idea if we will get it in time now. Good luck!

I submitted on 12/22/22 and I am still waiting for the process. It says in process and I called and they said they cannot do anything. Any one else has a positive experience?

My expedited service passport renewal application was received 1/23/23.
Still shows as processing as of 02/14/23, no updates or updated information… Pretty frustrating
