I did paper application renewal with priority return for both 52 page passport and card. I received the book today but not the card. The status changed from shipped and tracking number and both approved along with expected delivery by October 20th. I expect my other documents in several weeks, but not sure about the card. It is confusing if the card was supposed to be with the book or in a separate mailing.
