Mailed it express late afternoon on a Thursday. It was marked received in Philadelphia late on Saturday afternoon and the status was “In Process” right away. Approximately 16 days after it was received, the status was changed to “Unavailable,” which lasted four days and was stressful. It is still labeled “Unavailable” but it was in my mailbox when I arrived home, exactly 21 days after I mailed it.
