I submitted an expedited passport request on Sept 12. On Oct 18, I received an email telling me that the passport office rejected my photo. I sent a new photo which was delivered on 10/21. I'm wondering how much this is likely to delay my passport. Has anybody had experience with this?

Woody, I'm in a similar situation, I missed one form field and responded to a state department letter promptly. I filed as expedited but am not sure how long this sets me back. Mind sharing if/when you received your passport?
FWIW, I submitted an expedited application on nov 15, received the email notification on dec 06, and the state dept took receipt on dec 08.
