Passport in hand 4/19. 3 business days after rep sent email to passport people.

Originally had passport stolen from my car in 2021. Filed lost/stolen report online the day it was stolen & at time of application my local passport office said I did not need to submit paper application for lost/stolen passport since it had been completed online. Charleston passport center mailed request for paper application on 3/27 (turns out online did not suffice) and requested paperwork was delivered 4/4. Contacted state representative on 4/17, status updated to “approved” and “shipped” on 4/18
