application was moved to approved status by thursday when i checked the tracker online with an expected arrival date estimated as 9/27. received on 9/26. did not expedite. this was seamless and fast and my passport had expired within the last two months.

online status never updated, just keeps saying “in process.” received first time adult passport in the mail today! total processing time was 13 days. we paid for expedite their, expedite process, and expedite back to our address. paid for 1 passport renewal, 1 adult first time passport, and 1 child passport. the adult renewal passport has not been received and is coming from a different facility.

Submitted online around 6pm Friday 9/18/26 for routine non-expedited renewal. Received new passport by USPS the following Thursday 9/24/26.

I got a digital photo done from the post office and received a flash drive that also happened to have a usb c side to it. All I had to do was plug it in my phone and did it all through there. Applied, got approved 3 days later, and then passport came in just barely a week after the applicaton was sent. Still waiting on the passport card, but this was the fastest I have ever seen an application go through.
