Just wanted to post my own timeline for Locator 74 in Atlanta.
2/11 – I applied for a new passport in person at a USPS location using routine service for travel on 5/15. The wait time was listed as 8-11 weeks, I was 13 weeks from travel.
2/19 – The check was cashed and it moved to ‘in progress’ on the website on 2/19.
4/25 – Moved directly to shipped on the website with a USPS Priority Mail tracking number.
The total time from ‘in process’ to ‘shipped’ was 9 weeks and 2 days.

Don’t have my original documents back yet. Status on online tracker never changed to “mailed” and I didn’t get any emails about status updates or a tracking number.
