Real Applicant Data
These are real submitted U.S. passport timelines: individual application-to-receipt experiences for first adult, renewal, and child passports, including both routine and expedited service.
The list includes older rows as well as recent ones, so not every card reflects the current published average. Compare individual experiences here, then check today’s published figures on the current processing-times dashboard.
Data Tool
Each card represents one applicant. Days are calendar days from the application date to the received date. The comparison badge uses the current published figure for that product, when one is available.
Timelines may span different dates and periods. Current published averages live on the dashboard.

I “risked it” because I travel at the end of the month and it says average is 4-6 weeks but sounds corny but thanks to this website and FB group and reviews I put trust in not spending for an expedite and it got done in 10 days! So happy I saved so much money thank you!

online status never updated, just keeps saying “in process.” received first time adult passport in the mail today! total processing time was 13 days. we paid for expedite their, expedite process, and expedite back to our address. paid for 1 passport renewal, 1 adult first time passport, and 1 child passport. the adult renewal passport has not been received and is coming from a different facility.

I got a digital photo done from the post office and received a flash drive that also happened to have a usb c side to it. All I had to do was plug it in my phone and did it all through there. Applied, got approved 3 days later, and then passport came in just barely a week after the applicaton was sent. Still waiting on the passport card, but this was the fastest I have ever seen an application go through.
