Application process was easy. Wait times changed while passport was in process. Passport status changed Thursday to Shipped and then today to Approved (went backwards). However we had tracking info while the Shipped Status was available so we knew it was coming. Followed process to expedite while in progress which was a waste because the expedited change wasn’t accepted by the agency. Called 800 number a few times during the 11 weeks we waited and phones sometimes didn’t work. Learned a big lesson to give way more time next time around.
