How long did you wait for expedited?

My passport timeline:

09/29/2021: Applied for expedited adult first US passport at a local acceptance center
10/04/2021: US DOS received passport application
10/05/2021: Application status changed to 'In Process'
11/01/2021: Application status changed to 'Shipped' with USPS priority express mail tracking number included, and estimated delivery date of on or around 11/04/2021
11/02/2021: Application status changed to 'Approved'
11/03/2021: Passport delivered to my mailbox

Door-to-door time was exactly 5 weeks (35 days). Interestingly enough, my application status switched to "Approved" after "Shipped", instead of the other way around, and stayed as "Approved" after delivery. The passport was shipped from Little Rock, AR and delivered a day before the estimated date on the application tracking site. Moreover, I learned that USPS reuses/recycles tracking numbers, hence when I initially tried tracking the delivery through USPS, it showed me old tracking information from 2019.

10/13/2021: Applied for expedited adult first US passport. I just went to the post office
10/14/2021: US DOS received passport application
10/18/2021: Application status changed to 'In Process'
11/07/2021: Application status changed to 'Approved' with USPS priority express mail tracking number included, and estimated delivery date of on or around 11/10/2021
11/08/2021: USPS says it is out for delivery

Assuming it arrives with the mail later today, 21 days door-to-door.

October 13: expedited renewal application received by passport office
November 10: status changed from In Process to Approved, with an estimated delivery date of Nov 13

Hey!
Has anyone had a problem with the tracking number provided by US Department of state? I was given a wrong one, and it said it was delivered a year ago. I'm just hoping that it's going to be actually delivered to me. Already tried calling them and no luck so far.

I have the same problem now. Got a used tracking number :(

Total 3 weeks 3 day
There was a holiday (02/21/2022) during this time that probably made it slower.
I also paid for 1-2 days return
